Ingredients
- 1/2 a chinese cabbage, roughly chopped
- 1/2 a green cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 hearts of romaine lettuce
- 20 gm scallions
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into triangles
- 1/2 a zucchini, sliced into thin strips
- 30 gm green papaya, peeled and shaved
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp brown rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp Guillan chilli sauce
- 1/2 tsp chopped ginger
Method
Heat a tablespoon of sesame oil in a wok and add all the chopped veggies to it.
Toss it well so that all the veggies cook equally.
Add the guillan chilli sauce to this and toss vigourously.
Add the vinegar, soy sauce and ginger and toss some more.
Transfer into a bowl or plate and garnish with spring onion.
You may serve with rice or eat as is.
