Ingredients
- 200 gm bhindi
- 1 large onion
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 Tbsp cumin powder
- 1 Tbsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp coriander leaves
For Seasoning:
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp urad daal
- 4-5 curry leaves
Method
Cut bhindi and onions into thin pieces.
Take a kadahi, add oil and onions.
When onions turn brown, add bhindi followed by all the spices and salt.
Deep fry bhindi.
Take a small deep pan, add ghee and mustard followed by urad daal and curry leaves.
Mix all and let it cook.
Finish off by adding yogurt to it.
Garnish with coriander leaves
